All of our nurses have experience in one of the following departments- Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby Postpartum, PEDS, & NICU. They have their BLS, maintain their CPR certification and have passed a criminal background check. Most of our nurses have one of the following certifications - PEARS, PALS, or NRP. The management team personally interviews each RN and ensures each one is a strong fit for the company.

AMANDA CASTILLO
BSN, RN
Amanda is a Pasadena, Tx native who has always known she wanted to be a nurse. She earned her LVN license in 2012 and later obtained her RN degree in 2018 while pregnant with her first child. Fun fact: she took her NCLEX just two months after giving birth via c-section to her firstborn son. She is a compassionate and empathetic registered nurse who has dedicated herself to patient care. Currently serving as a school nurse, she brings warmth, understanding,
and professional expertise to the students and families she supports every day. With her second born being a NICU baby she knows firsthand the feelings that can arise due to the uncertainties. With experience supporting individuals through every stage of life, she has found that her true passion is caring for babies and newborns. In her free time Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family and finding unique coffee spots to enjoy a good book. Amanda is excited to support new parents in this chapter of their lives. She looks forward to meeting your family and caring for your new bundle of joy just as you would. She hopes to provide a sense of peace and understands that it takes a village to raise a
child!

LATASHA SCALES
BSN, RN
LaTasha is a Registered Nurse with over six years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Mother–Baby units. Her journey in caregiving began early, growing up in a family that owned and operated a daycare. From childhood through adulthood, she nurtured a natural passion for working with children, eventually nannying within her community before pursuing her nursing career.
Today, LaTasha brings that same warmth, attentiveness, and clinical expertise to the families she serves. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, along with emotional support and personalized guidance throughout the postpartum period. She looks forward to supporting families as they navigate this special season.

Lillian is a Registered Nurse with three years of bedside experience. She provides safe, attentive care for newborns and peace of mind for families. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with a gentle, nurturing presence, creating a calm and supportive environment during the earliest days of life

NIKKI GOMEZ
BSN, RN
Nikki became a Registered Nurse in 2007 graduating from Marymount University. Throughout her career, she acquired over 9 years of experience providing excellent care to newborn babies and mothers at prominent and reputable hospitals in Northern Virginia, as well as in Austin, Texas. In addition, Nikki has experience providing in-home pediatric care for a special needs child. Nikki consistently strives to provide compassionate and holistic care, ensuring families have positive and enriching experiences.

BRANDI BELL
BSN, RN
Brandi is a pediatric nurse. She graduated from NSULA in 2022. She is originally from Louisiana and moved to Austin, Texas. Brandi has been a pediatric nurse for three years now. She has experience with NICU, PICU, Pediatric CVICU, and the pediatric floor. In her free time she loves college football, movies, and spending time with her family. Brandi’s favorite part of the job is the baby snuggles and getting to know the families.

TAYLLOR FLOYD
BSN, RN, NRP, PALS
Tayllor is a proud Texas native who graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
With more than six years of nursing experience, she has built a career rooted in compassion, adaptability, and dedication to patient care.
She began her professional journey in a competitive Mother-Baby/Postpartum residency program, which gave her a strong foundation for growth.
Those early years were filled with valuable lessons and opportunities, including hands-on experience in the NICU.
Although she loved working in Women’s Services, her curiosity and drive led her to pursue travel nursing.
Through this path, she worked in hospitals across the country, gaining experience in pediatrics and special care nursery while adapting to new teams and patient populations.
Her time as a travel nurse expanded her knowledge and gave her a deeper appreciation for the many ways healthcare is delivered.
Now back home in Texas, Tayllor continues her career with fresh purpose and enjoys reading, exploring trails with her dog, and discovering coffee spots around Austin.

STEPHANYCA HAIRSTON
BSN, RN
Stephanyca comes to us with plenty of years working in the medical field. With a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, She has seven years in pediatrics and Labor and delivery with an added bonus of being a Nurse educator. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family. Establishing trust, good communication, and meeting the little ones needs are essential skills for a supportive relationship. She’s all about peace and positive environments, and hopes to bring peace and comfort to your home while taking care of your bundle of Joy.

IMARI WASHINGTON
BSN, RN
Imari is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Dallas College and has over three years of experience as a pediatric home health nurse. She has experience caring for newborns in the home setting, providing attentive and gentle care during this important early stage of life. Her background includes supporting feeding routines, safe sleep practices, and monitoring infant health while offering guidance and reassurance to new parents. Imari is dedicated to creating a calm, nurturing environment where newborns feel safe and parents feel supported and confident in their care.

ADANNA OPARAJI
BSN, RN
With over four years of hands-on pediatric experience in hospital settings, Adanna brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to every child she cares for. Her background spans a wide range of pediatric needs—from routine care to complex cases—giving her a deep understanding of how to support children and their families through every stage of healing and growth.
Adanna is known not only for her medical skill, but for her open, adaptive, and genuinely warm personality. She has a natural ability to connect with children, meeting them where they are emotionally and developmentally. Her calm presence and intuitive communication style help young patients feel safe, seen, and understood—while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in capable, caring hands.
Whether she’s soothing a nervous toddler, explaining procedures in kid-friendly language, or collaborating with parents to create a care plan that fits their child’s unique needs, Adanna’s approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and respect.

Alisa GARCIA
BSN, RN
Alisa Garcia is a warm, experienced newborn care specialist with a strong nursing background and a genuine passion for supporting families during the early days at home. She is a graduate of the Kitty Degree School of Nursing in Monroe, Louisiana, and brings years of hands-on experience caring for newborns and parents in both hospital and home settings. Alisa began her career as a telemetry nurse, where she developed a calm, attentive approach rooted in close observation and reassurance. She later found her calling in mother–baby care, spending the last four years supporting mothers, newborns, and premature infants during one of life’s most tender transitions.
As a postpartum nurse who regularly floated to the NICU, Alisa has extensive experience caring for premature infants and twins. She is especially comfortable supporting babies who need extra patience, whether through feeding support, recognizing subtle cues, or creating soothing nighttime routines. Her presence brings confidence and peace to families who may feel overwhelmed, particularly those bringing home preemies or multiples. For parents seeking a non-medical night nurse or newborn nanny, Alisa provides gentle, knowledgeable, and dependable overnight support that helps families rest, recover, and feel confident.

ALICIA JACKSON
BSN, RN
Alicia is a dedicated Registered Nurse currently working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a Level III hospital in Austin, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas State University, where her passion for caring for infants first began to take shape. Throughout all four years of her undergraduate studies, Alicia worked at a daycare, gaining hands-on experience with young children and strengthening her commitment to providing compassionate, developmentally focused care.
Alicia loves to crotchet crafts for her NICU babies and read in her free time. She’s very excited to assist families with their newborn journeys.

VERA Arredondo
BSN, RN
Vera has been supporting children and families for over 11 years. Her clinical experience includes Pediatrics, Postpartum and NICU. Vera's compassionate approach have made her a trusted resource for families navagating the joys and challenges of early parenthood. Her commitment to family centered care have always been at the heart of her nursing practice.
Vera now serves as a School Nurse at her son's school where she continues to care and advocate for children's health and wellnes in the community.
