At Happy Baby Night Nurses™, we’re not your average nursing agency—we’re a squad of baby whisperers, midnight miracle workers, and caring RNs who know how to show up with both skill and heart. We help tired parents survive (and even enjoy!) those early newborn nights.
We’re on the lookout for licensed RNs throughout most of the major cities in Florida, Texas & Nashville TN—especially those with experience in Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, or Postpartum—who:

WHAT YOU'LL DO WITH HBNN
As one of our trusted night nurses, here’s what you’ll be doing during your overnight shifts:

Feeding the baby (bottle or bringing baby to mom for nursing)

Washing, prepping, and sterilizing bottles and pump parts

Diaper changes, swaddling, and soothing

Helping establish healthy sleep habits

Tracking everything in a nightly log for the parents
Overnight shifts are typically 10–12 hours long, and families choose their preferred start time—either 8PM, 9 PM or 10 PM. We also offer Daytime Shifts, Travel Shifts & Live-in Shifts.
You will need a background in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby Postpartum, NICU, or Pediatrics.
All nurses must pass a background check, hold current CPR and Basic Life Support certifications, and most also carry advanced credentials like NRP, PALS, PEARS, ACLS, or STABLE.
