All of our nurses have experience in one of the following departments- Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby Postpartum, PEDS, & NICU. They have their BLS, maintain their CPR certification and have passed a criminal background check. Most of our nurses have one of the following certifications - PEARS, PALS, or NRP. The management team personally interviews each RN and ensures each one is a strong fit for the company.

MONICA
BSN, RN,
Monica, a Miami native now residing in Broward County, is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over three years of experience, including two years in Labor and Delivery (L&D) and two years as a Nurse Educator. She completed an accelerated nursing program at Miami Dade College and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida. A proud wife and mom of two sons, Monica has expertise in labor and delivery and lactation and is passionate about supporting mothers and newborns during life’s critical moments. She takes pride in sharing her knowledge and experience to assist families and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.

VERONICA LOPEZ
BSN, RN
Veronica was born and raised in Miami, Florida, surrounded by her family and fruit trees. She graduated from Florida International University where she pursued a nursing career to fulfill her love of healthcare. Her initial introduction into the healthcare field revolved around adult patient care. A desire to expand her knowledge and exposure as a diverse nurse eventually led her to a pediatric job in the Tampa Bay area, fulfilling a long held dream. It was then that Veronica realized her true source of happiness was working with children. In an effort to maintain close proximity to family, Veronica relocated again when her family rebuilt in Northeast Florida. Her passions include her four-legged chocolate brown daughter, as well as yoga, all-things nature, exploration, culture and food, reading, and spending time with loved ones. Her life’s mission is to be a forever student and a source of wisdom and light with healing hands. Veronica iserved families in Northeast FL for a year with Happy Baby Night Nurses and is back in Miami, ready to serve and support families here!

ROMYLINE PIERRE
BSN, RN, NRP
Romyline is a dedicated pediatric ICU nurse at Holtz Children’s Hospital, the very hospital where she was born before being raised in Brooklyn, New York. She returned to Miami to complete an accelerated nursing program at the University of Miami and now brings her expertise and compassion to support young patients and their families through critical health challenges. Outside of work, she gives back to her community through the Joseph Foundation, where she helps organize back-to-school drives, Christmas giveaways for children, and initiatives to feed the homeless. She also loves spending quality time with her family, especially with her nieces and nephews.

SAUNDRA PATTERSON

Saundra, originally from South Florida, has been a Neonatal ICU nurse for seven years, specializing in caring for some of the tiniest and most precious patients. With a gentle touch and a calming presence, she loves supporting families by helping with feeding, soothing, and safe sleep so parents can get the rest they deserve. Her goal is to bring peace of mind, comfort, and care to every home she enters.

ELIZABETH JIMINEZ
BSN, RN
Elizabeth, RN, is a compassionate and dedicated postpartum nurse with a strong commitment to supporting new mothers and their families during the critical days following childbirth. With a deep understanding of newborn care, maternal recovery, and lactation support, Elizabeth provides patient-centered, care that promotes healing, confidence, and bonding between parents and their newborns.

BSN, RN, IBCLC
Maria Herran will be your night nurse, caring for your baby to ensure peaceful, safe, and restful nights for your family. She is a Registered Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Originally from Colombia, Maria brings over 15 years of experience as a pediatric physician.
Her deep love for working with newborns and their families shines through in everything she does. Having supported families through the early stages of parenthood, she understands how significant—and sometimes overwhelming—the transition can be, especially in a country where support systems may feel limited.
Maria believes wholeheartedly in the saying, “it takes a village to raise a child,” and she’s honored to be part of that village. Families describe her as honest, loving, joyful, and patient.
Maria’s goal is to work hand in hand with each family, always prioritizing the baby’s well-being while following evidence-based care practices. She looks forward to meeting your family and providing compassionate, trustworthy care.

YOLSIE Laguerre
BSN, RN
Yolsie Laguerre was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a dedicated Registered Nurse with two years of experience, specializing in pediatrics across General Med-Surg and a transplant unit. Yolsie is highly skilled in caring for medically fragile infants and children, bringing a calm, meticulous, and family-centered approach to every shift. She completed her nursing program at Miami Dade College, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Driven by a deep commitment to families in times of need, Yolsie is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both patients and their loved ones.

JADE ROGERS
BSN, RN
Jade Rogers is a dedicated NICU nurse with over five years of experience in pediatric care and more than two years specializing in the NICU. She has a deep passion for caring for babies and educating parents—especially those navigating the early days of newborn care. Outside of work, she enjoys being at the beach, staying active, and spending time with her dog.

MIONNA MAYES
BSN, RN
Mionna is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with experience in women’s surgical care and on the postpartum/mother-baby unit. Before becoming a registered nurse, she worked for many years as a babysitter caring for children aged newborn and up; As well as Certified Nursing Assistant on the postpartum/mother-baby unit, where she discovered her passion for supporting mothers and caring for newborns. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida, and has since combined her clinical training with her lifelong love of working with children. With expertise in newborn care, maternal recovery, and family support, Mionna is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters confidence, communication, and connection for both parents and their little ones.

INEZ GONZALEZ
BSN, RN, CPN
Meet Inez! She is a certified pediatric nurse with a BSN from Texas Tech University and over three years of experience caring for children in both home health and hospital settings. Her clinical background includes work in the PICU, med-surg, oncology, ER, and NICU, making her confident and adaptable in a wide range of situations.
Originally born and raised in Miami, she moved to Texas at a young age and spent the next 20 years building her nursing career. Recently, she returned to Miami to be closer to family and is excited to bring her experience and passion for pediatric care back home.
She currently works at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital as a Float Pool Nurse. Her love for children and their families shines through in the compassionate, high-quality care she provides.
Fun fact: she's also a proud mom to seven dogs and a rabbit!

LISA EVERETT
BSN, RN
Lisa has been a nurse for almost 28 years, with all but two years of her career dedicated to caring for moms and babies. An empty nester with three adult children, she has been caring for babies and young children since the age of 13. She is passionate about supporting families and is honored to be part of their journey as they welcome a new little one.

VENUS otero
BSN, APRN
Venus Otero, APRN, FNP-C is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 13 years of experience in Med-surgical, Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University and is currently a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is passionate about newborn care and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations. She has a strong background in nursery and postpartum care. She is known for strong communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and provide education to parents. She loves what she does and is looking forward to bonding and building a positive relationship with baby and family.

SALLY RAI
RN
Sally is a Registered Nurse with a true passion for maternal and newborn care, as well as a proud mother of four and grandmother to ten. Nursing is her third career and the one where she has found her deepest purpose.
Her journey to nursing was inspired by personal experience—when her first grandchild was born at 29 weeks and spent three months in the NICU, she felt called to support families through similar challenges. After earning her license, she began working in postpartum mother–baby care, later advancing her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Today, she brings compassion, resilience, and life experience to every family she supports, with a commitment to helping new mothers and their babies thrive.

MARIA valecillos
RN, NRP
Maria Valecillos is a compassionate nurse who has worked in the NICU for about two years. She loves caring for babies and supporting families through meaningful, often challenging moments. Maria is passionate about creating a calm and nurturing environment for both infants and their parents. Outside of nursing, Maria enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and finding little adventures that bring joy. At home, she spends time with her sweet cat, Honey, who loves to cuddle

Michelle has many years of experience working with children of various ages. She really loves to work with babies and with children!
As a nurse, Michelle has experience in the following specialties: medical-telemetry, postpartum/mother-baby, and pediatrics. She has been working as a private duty baby nurse/nanny since July 2023.
