Jada is a NICU nurse with a heart for newborns and maternal care. She loves being able steward bonding in this population. From soothing routines to postpartum care, she’s here to bring calm, confidence, and comfort in those precious early days. Neonates are her niche and she enjoys being able to support them in any way including providing education and motivation to families!

Christy is a registered nurse with 11 years of experience in critical care, surgical care, and labor and delivery. She has 2 kids of her own-a 10 year old girl and 9 year old boy. She loves spending time doing scout and flag football activities with the kids as well as watching college football and basketball. She remembers vividly how sweet and exhausting the newborn years were!

Melissa is originally from Ontario, Canada but moved down to Florida in 2011. A recent graduate RN but not new to taking care of babies with 2 boys of her own and 2 grandchildren. She is currently working her dream job in the NICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital. Before going back to school and getting her RN degree, Melissa was a 911 dispatcher for EMS, Police and Fire depts. With this rich and diverse background, she is able to react in any emergency with a calm disposition to get the job done!

In her spare time, she loves riding their motorcycle with her husband and spending time with her kids & grandkids. She is looking forward to helping families with their new babies and getting to cuddle your little one as you can catch some much-needed rest! 

Sarah is a lifelong Orlando resident and has been a nurse since 2020. Nursing has been her passion since childhood, and she is grateful to serve as a Labor and Delivery nurse, where she has the honor of supporting patients and their families as they welcome their little ones into the world. Her focus is on providing compassionate, attentive care to both mother and baby throughout this special journey. Outside of work, Sarah has been happily married for nearly nine years and is a proud dog mom to her 8-year-old pup, Poncho. She enjoys cooking for others, spending time fishing, and sharing life’s simple joys with family and friends.

​Ashley currently works in Labor and Delivery, but also has experience in Postpartum and Home Health for Postpartum parents. Ashley loves helping parents feel empowered through providing the support they need during this challenging time. Ashley has two kids of her own, and understands how a good night’s rest can affect so much during the first few months of the postpartum journey. Ashley enjoys being outdoors with her kids, reading historical fiction, and taking dance classes at the gym. 

Melanie is a mother to her three children, a wife to her high school sweetheart, and a labor and delivery nurse. Melanie has been a labor and delivery nurse for 5 years now and has helped welcoming hundreds of new babies into this world. Melanie has experience in labor and delivery, post partum, well baby nursery, and medical/surgical nursing. With her experience both personally and professionally of taking care of babies, Melanie will be a great caregiver and support system for your family.

Ginger Chapman, BSN, RN is a compassionate nurse with over four years of experience in maternal and newborn care. Known for her calm bedside manner, she provides a nurturing environment that supports parents while ensuring the highest standard of care for their newborns. As a mother of two herself, Ginger understands the challenges and joys of welcoming a new baby and is dedicated to guiding families through this important transition with professionalism, empathy, and encouragement.
