All of our nurses have experience in one of the following departments- Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby Postpartum, PEDS, & NICU. They have their BLS, maintain their CPR certification and have passed a criminal background check. Most of our nurses have one of the following certifications - PEARS, PALS, or NRP. The management team personally interviews each RN and ensures each one is a strong fit for the company.

morgan mccallen
BSN, RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP
Morgan is originally from Alabama where she graduated from the University of Alabama in 2005 with a degree in Behavioral Marine Biology. After getting married, she and her husband moved to Niceville, FL in 2007 so she could work as a Marine Biologist and they have lived there ever since. They now have 5 beautiful children and two chihuahuas. After starting a family, Morgan had a calling to pursue a career in nursing to specifically work in maternal and newborn health. She has now been a night shift Labor and Delivery/Postpartum nurse for 8 years and still currently works at a local hospital. Morgan has also crossed trained to work in the Level II NICU. She really enjoys educating, encouraging, and supporting new parents in the early stages of their baby’s life. Morgan finds great joy in her nursing career and is honored to be even a small part of each family’s journey into parenthood.
For fun she enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, spending time at the beach, and anything that builds quality memories with her family.

KELLY TROUT
BSN, RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE
Kelly offers a deep well of knowledge and seasoned experience. Her professional journey has been dedicated to supporting military families both locally and internationally. Kelly proudly served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and a Navy Nurse Corps Officer. Over the past 31 years, she has pursued extensive education while maintaining a steadfast passion for supporting and educating new parents during the critical early weeks of welcoming a baby.
Kelly holds national nursing certifications in Inpatient Obstetrics, Maternal Newborn Nursing, and Fetal Monitoring. She also brings 19 years of IBCLC training and education in breastfeeding, further enhancing her expertise in maternal and newborn care. Having worked in 19 different hospitals, spanning the United States and four other overseas locations, Kelly has had the privilege of caring for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures, which has deepened her respect for cultural sensitivity and diversity.
Above all, Kelly is dedicated to supporting your family in any way she can, ensuring a smooth and reassuring transition as you bring your new baby into the world.
Kelly lives in Navarre with her husband and enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren. In her free time, she loves reading, traveling, and anything related to the beach!

RACHEL LEWISSwejkowski
BSN, RN, NRP
Rachel is originally from Michigan and now lives in Panama City Beach for the past six years with her husband! She is a proud mother of five and a grandmother (Mia) to seven wonderful blessings. Rachel has 19 years of nursing experience which has primarily been in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This extensive experience in nursing and family care, alongside raising her children and becoming a grandmother has equipped her in her skills and love for helping families!

Jackie collingsworth
BSN, RN, NRP
Jackie has been a neonatal nurse for over 7 years. She has nursing experience in the areas of postpartum, nursery, and NICU. She has a Low Risk Newborn Certification which is granted by the National Certification Corporation.
Since becoming a new mother herself, she understands how important rest can be for families with infants. She finds joy in being able to help families adjust to life after having a baby, and is thrilled to be a part of the Happy Baby Night Nurse team!
