Frequently Asked Questions
Ready to Get the Rest You Need?
What areas of Nashville do you serve? Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin (Cool Springs), Franklin (Westhaven) Green Hills, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Belle Meade, West Meade and nearby areas. Check availability.
Most families secure their spot before their baby arrives.
We typically book 60–90 days in advance and
accept a limited number of families each month.
How much does a night nurse in Nashville cost? Overnight care starts at $50/hour, with rates increasing based on your specific package, including twins, weekend, or holiday care. All care carries a 10-hour nightly minimum, plus a one-time $499 registration fee to reserve your spot on our client roster. Every family gets matched with a Registered Nurse — never a doula, sitter, or general caregiver.
Will I have the same night nurse every time? Continuity of care is a top priority for our team. We carefully build a consistent nurse rotation for each family, so you’ll see familiar, trusted faces throughout your time with us. Because our nurses are highly experienced Registered Nurses who also maintain their roles in the hospital, we design schedules in advance to ensure reliable coverage while keeping your rotation as consistent as possible. This approach allows us to provide both continuity and dependability, so you always have a qualified, familiar nurse caring for your baby.
Takes less than 2 minutes!
What qualifications do you require of your RN's? All of our nurses are Registered Nurses with clinical experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby Postpartum, Pediatrics, or the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Each nurse maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications and successfully completes a comprehensive criminal background check prior to working with any family. Many of our nurses also hold advanced certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), or PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization). Every nurse is carefully vetted through a structured interview and screening process led by our nurse recruitment team to ensure not only strong clinical experience, but also professionalism, judgment, and the ability to provide calm, confident support in a home environment. We are highly selective in who we bring onto our team, ensuring each nurse is an exceptional fit for both our standards and the families we serve.
