SALLY RAI
BSN, RN
Sally is a registered nurse with a deep passion for maternal and newborn care. She is also a proud mother of four grown children and a loving grandmother to ten beautiful grandchildren. Nursing is Sally’s third career—one she pursued later in life with great purpose and heart. Her professional journey began in cosmetology, where she worked as a nail technician for several years before deciding to stay home and raise her children. Once her children were in school, Sally embarked on a new path, earning her real estate license and gaining valuable experience in the industry. However, it was a profoundly personal experience that ultimately led her to nursing. When her first grandchild was born at just 29 weeks, he spent three months in the NICU. Becoming a grandmother in her late 30s was unexpected, and watching her grandson fight through such a fragile beginning was both difficult and inspiring. This experience sparked a calling in Sally—not only to be the best grandmother she could be, but also to enter the healthcare field and support other families through similar journeys. After earning her nursing license, Sally began working in postpartum mother/baby care, a role that deeply resonated with her own life experiences. Determined to further her impact, she advanced her education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, allowing her to better support and advocate for new mothers and their babies.
Today, Sally brings compassion, resilience, and a wealth of life experience to every patient and family she serves. Every step of her journey has shaped the nurse she is today: compassionate, dedicated, and deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
